Carolyn Giardina Warner Bros. is expanding its postproduction services with the opening of Water Tower Color on its studio lot in Burbank.
Its services are available for both Warner Bros. and outside clients, as with Warner Bros. De Lane Lea in London. “WTC is both a creative and technical enhancement for our filmmakers and producers experience here on the WB lot,” said Daphne Dentz, senior vice president, emerging formats, mastering and content acquisition at the studio, who will run the new facility.
Water Tower Color launches with a trio of color grading stages, four finishing suites for movies or episodic work) and dailies suites.
De Lane Lea colorists Asa Shoul (whose credits include “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” and “Baby Driver”) and John Daro (whose credits include Netflix animated features “The Sea Beast” and upcoming “In Your Dreams”) are now available for booking at De Lane Lea in London or Water Tower Color in Burbank.
