In a first look teaser of tonight's show, the duo are left retching as they handle a selection of rancid liquids and fish guts in order to win stars for the camp.
The latest challenge - called Cart-Astrophy - requires Giovanna to throw handfuls of disgusting substances into a bucket that is attached to Vernon's head.
The star then had to collect the liquids and pour them into another container - in what might be dubbed the most stomach-churning challenge so far.
