Indeed, recent figures released from Global Firepower analysed “over 50 individual factors to determine a given nation’s PowerIndex score with categories ranging from military might and financials to logistical capability and geography.”The US has been listed in first place with a power index score of 0.0453, which is no surprise seeing as they have a huge defence budget of $700 billion as of 2020.
Meanwhile Russia was been given a score of 0.0501 and is thought to have around 900,000 active military personnel. China came in at third place with a military force including an estimated 2 million active military personnel.The US's incredible military might has long fascinated war geeks who have set about hypothesising how many countries they could take on at the same time.
