Urgent police appeal over missing girl, 16, who may be in Rochdale

manchestereveningnews.co.ukPolice have issued an appeal for help to find a missing 16-year-old girl who may be in Rochdale. Ivory Duncan is from Todmorden in West Yorkshire.
Police said she was last seen at around 5pm on Tuesday (January 23). The teenager regularly uses buses and may travelled to the Rochdale area, officers believe.
