Hibs after his deadline day transfer request fell on deaf ears at the top of the Easter Road chain of command. The 23-year-old striker had appealed to club top brass after Birmingham City had a £2.6million final offer booted out on Sunday.
But the English Championship side have taken that offer off the table after Hibs refused to budge on their stance.Nisbet will now be in the squad for Hibs’ Premiership clash with St Mirren on Tuesday.But understands the player has been left gutted at a missed opportunity to make the switch to England which would have seen his wages rocket to over £10,000-a-week.
