Britain will enjoy a few more days of sunshine before a 10C drop in temperatures next week with Storm Aiden poised to strike.
The country's Indian summer will be blasted away by a 65mph 800 mile-wide storm on Tuesday, the latest weather forecast shows.
If the storm - the first of winter - develops enough to prompt amber warnings, the Met Office will name it Storm Aiden. On Sunday, most parts of the UK will be dry and warm, the Met Office said.
It will be cloudier in far northern Scotland, parts of eastern Scotland and northeast England. During the evening, there will be clear skies across most of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, according to the latest forecast from the MeteoGroup.
