Lewis Capaldi
Lewis Capaldi (born 7 October 1996) is a Scottish singer-songwriter. He was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award at the 2019 Brit Awards. In March 2019, his single "Someone You Loved" topped the UK Singles Chart where it remained for seven weeks, and in October 2019 it reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. On 17 May 2019 he released his debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent, which remained at the top of the UK Albums Chart for six weeks.
Liam Gallagher
William John Paul Gallagher (born 21 September 1972) is an English singer and songwriter. He rose to fame as the lead singer of the rock band Oasis in the 1990s and 2000s, and later fronted the rock band Beady Eye in the early 2010s, before beginning a solo career after the dissolution of both bands. One of the most recognisable figures in British music, he is noted for his outspoken and abrasive manner; penchant for wearing parkas; distinctive singing style, in which he elongates vowels; and signature stance on stage, which consists of him holding his arms behind his back and singing up into a downward-facing microphone.

TRNSMT festival cancelled as social distancing measures set to continue for foreseeable

Festival goers have been left devastated this morning as the news breaks that Scottish festival TRNSMT will not go ahead. Thousands of excited fans were all set to dance and sing in Glasgow Green between on the second weekend in July for the annual celebration of music.

But now, organisers have dashed their dreams by confirming that the much-loved festival will not go ahead this year due to imperative social distancing measures surrounding the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Music stars such as Liam Gallagher, Sam Fender, Lewis Capaldi and Courteeners were set to sing their lungs out on the iconic Scottish stage, but festival goers will now have to wait impatiently under 2021 for the musical shindig to resume.
