Tributes have poured in for a young schoolgirl who has tragically died after a brave lifelong battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Indie-Rose Breckon, aged eight, sadly passed away after being placed on life support for several weeks in hospital.
The youngster, from Boosbeck, Teesside, was born with the debilitating condition which affects the lungs and digestive system, and she had to undergo many hospital admissions and medical treatments throughout her short life.
Teesside Live reports that despite her condition, Indie's family says that she faced everything that came her way with a 'sparkling and infectious smile'.
