Adele became teary-eyed as she dedicated her final gong at the Brit Awards to her nine year old son Angelo and ex-husband Simon Konecki during the 2022 ceremony.The 33 year old star won three awards of the five she was up for during the ceremony, and even managed to fit in a performance of her new song I Drink Wine.
With three outfit changes, she was the star of the show, but it was her final speech for Album of the Year that truly tugged at the heartstrings. "I would like to dedicate this award to my son," she said as she held back tears. "And to Simon, his dad, this album was all of our journeys."
