Speaking to British Vogue in October 2021, the star said: “Most of my life is in a car or inside a building.” She added: “I wanted fresh air and somewhere I could see the sky.

Adele, who has a net worth of $220million, also claimed that the move to Los Angeles was partly due to the fact that she “could never afford” to live in London. “And the kind of house I have in LA I could never afford in London.
