Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has revealed how a lucky dip earned him the chance to impress in front of a Reds scout.

The Englishman has become a hero at Anfield since he broke into the first team three seasons ago. Hitting 30 assists over the last two seasons, the 21-year-old has been part of the club since 2004 when he joined the academy.

And Alexander-Arnold has revealed how his opportunity to join the club first came about in an unusual way.
