Roads chiefs have revealed they have still to agree on terms which will ensure sufficient funding will be available when they decide how best to upgrade Perth’s Broxden Roundabout.Transport Scotland said staff have still to complete a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Perth and Kinross Council setting out how the latter will hand over sums raised through contributions from builders to pay for works aimed at reducing congestion at the busy junction.The agency said it was aware PKC had entered into at least three legal agreements with developers with consent to build thousands of homes west of Perth obliging them to contribute cash towards improvement works.But it added its staff were still reviewing a draft MoU written by PKC officials
