Officers from Dyfed Powys Police confirmed that Beca's car smashed into a Daf cement mixer lorry at around 5pm on August 20, reports The Sun.
Her heartbroken family have proudly paid tribute to their daughter, sister and friend "who always cared for others" throughout her life.
