evoke.ieTom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson have revealed that they have tested positive for coronavirus while filming in Australia. The couple are both aged 63 and are currently down under to film an Elvis Presley biopic.
Austin Butler is cast in the lead role with Hanks playing his manager Colonel Tom Parker in the Baz Luhrmann-helmed film. Hanks shared with his Instagram followers that he and Rita were experiencing symptoms synonymous with the common cold with additional body aches and chills.
As a precaution, they decided to get tested and low and behold, they were positive. He posted an image of a medical waste bin to Instagram and captioned it: ‘Hello, folks.
