A toddler who fell from a block of flats in east London is fighting for his life. The boy has been transferred to a specialist hospital and is in a critical but stable condition following the accident in Poplar, the Metropolitan Police said.
Police were called to the scene on Monday shortly before 7pm. The building is thought to be a block of flats above a parade of shops.
Met Police and London Ambulance Service crews were sent to the scene of the horror fall. Tower Hamlets Police tweeted an update this morning on the boy's condition.
