Three people in hospital after two car crash

Although police have the details of all those involved in the accident, they would still like to speak to any witnesses.A Tayside Police Division spokesperson said: "We would particularly like to speak to the occupants of a car that was not involved in (nor responsible for) the collision but was narrowly missed by one of the cars involved." They would also like to speak with anyone who assisted the passengers of the cars and emergency services at the scene.
