The former Big Brother star, 35, who regularly appears on the show to advertise competitions or to do outlandish segments, was booked on to share on how theme parks are preparing to open their doors again following months of closure amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The bubbly personality linked up live to the studio from Blackpool Pleasure Beach where she hopped on a rollercoaster as she spoke to hosts 52-year-old Davina McCall - who is stepping in for Holly Willoughby - and 58-year-old Philip Schofield.
During the ride, mask-clad Josie screamed out in distress as she whizzed about on the attraction. As she was thrown about she exclaimed: "I quit, I quit, I quit."
