Josie was speaking to the hosts live from a beach with a woman who said she went to school with Phillip. She ran into the sea with the hardy swimmers on the beach, but forgot one crucial thing which could be very dangerous.
The former Big Brother star still had her microphone on and Phil and Holly shouted: "Your mic! Take your mic off!" Josie was her usual energetic self as she filmed a live link from Summerleaze beach in Cornwall, chatting to the locals.
