This Morning viewers were divided over a former Met Police detective's comments as she addressed stop-and-search after a Labour MP accused the Met of "racial profiling".
Dawn Butler had filmed the incident at the weekend, which saw her telling officers it's "like you cannot drive around and enjoy a Sunday afternoon whilst black".
Appearing on This Morning today, Dawn told hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford that stop and search should "stop immediately" and that biases are "hard-wired into the system". "It only 15% it works some of the time," she said. "It's not a very good system." The former shadow equalities minister said she was with a male friend, who is also black, when they were stopped.
