Aberdeen. Chris Stuchbury, 62, was a passenger aboard the service when it derailed in Carmont, Aberdeenshire, on Wednesday morning.
Mr Stuchbury, who also had family in Burghead, Moray, died along with ScotRail train driver Brett McCullough and conductor Donald Dinnie in the accident.
His family posted a photograph of them together on social media yesterday, which was met with an outpouring of support. One friend said: "My heart is broken for you all."Another added: "Absolutely devastated for you all.
Thinking of you and sending my love."A major incident was declared and about 30 emergency service vehicles were called to the scene after the 06.38am ScotRail service from Aberdeen to Glasgow Queen Street derailed at around 9.40am.It’s thought.
