It's the moment you've all been waiting for - and it came down to a battle between two icons of British football. But, after a tense opening to voting in the final of Mirror Football's World Cup of Premier League greats on Thursday, it is Thierry Henry who claims bragging rights over Ryan Giggs.
And, let's be honest, it was a walk in the park for the Arsenal icon. The legendary Frenchman romped to a whopping 82 per cent of the vote, leaving Giggs and Manchester United fans scratching their heads over a mammoth defeat.
Henry was a mainstay of the Arsenal attack between 1999 and 2007, and also came back for a brief loan spell at the club midway through the 2011/12 season.
