THE Shining's Shelley Duvall is unrecognisable in a very rare photograph with a fan. Shelley, now 73, is most famous for playing Wendy Torrance in the Stanley Kubrick classic, The Shining.
In her latest pictures, Shelley is seen sitting in a room beside the fan who is holding a copy of Popeye. The former actress, who last acted in 2002's Manna from Heaven, starred as Olive in the 1981 adaptation alongside Robin Williams as the spinach-chomping sailor.
Shelley wore a loose-fitting grey T-shirt and appeared to be missing a front tooth as she grinned with her elbow resting on a table.
In a rare interview last year, Shelley admitted that she would spend days on set of horror film The Shining crying.
