Harriett Ophelia Brown died on April 2, two hours and 16 minutes after being delivered. She had been diagnosed with Acrania - a rare congenital disorder which affects the development of the skull - following her mum Alex Brown's 16-week scan.
Due to the 'significantly poor prognosis', there was a 'compassionate induction of labour' in Alex's second trimester, an inquest heard.
