Hemisphere Media Group has acquired the remaining 75% of Hispanic streaming service Pantanya that it didn’t already own from Lionsgate for about $124 million in cash.

Netflix reportedly dropped big money to acquire two sequels to Rain Johnson's Oscar-nominated 2019 mystery film "Knives Out."  Detective Benoit Blanc's next cases will therefore drop exclusively on Netflix, although there's no word yet on what the nature of those cases may be or if any other characters will reprise their roles in the sequels.
