With the smell of mulled wine in the air and the sight of wooden huts strewn with twinkling fairy lights, you can’t deny that Christmas markets bring plenty of festive cheer.
Even if you’re not the biggest fan of them, they do have a certain charm. They're great if you're doing a spot of Christmas shopping and want to find a gift which isn't available on the high street.
And let's face it, delicious festive treats seem to taste better when eaten outside with a chill in the air. Of course we have our very own markets right on our doorstep.
