Øya Festival has confirmed its full line-up for 2022, with the likes of H.E.R. and Little Simz joining the bill.The Norwegian festival will return to Oslo’s Tøyenparken from August 9-13 this year, with Gorillaz, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Florence + The Machine set to headline.Øya has now confirmed the final names on the line-up (which is split 50/50 between male and female artists) for their 2022 festival, with H.E.R., Little Simz, Fred Again.., Perfume Genius and Freddie Gibbs among the latest additions.Remi Wolf, Aldous Harding, Kings Of Convenience, Jenny Hval and CMAT are also set to perform at Øya in August.Day tickets for Øya Festival are on sale now, with weekend passes sold out.

André 3000 has been confirmed to play Øya Festival 2024.The rapper and flautist recently dropped his surprise record ‘New Blue Sun‘, his first new album in 17 years, comprised primarily of experimental flute music. Now, the former OutKast musician will join the Øya Festival lineup to play through ‘New Blue Sun’ with a full live band on August 8.Other acts confirmed so far include Queens Of The Stone Age, The Smile, The National RAYE, Arca, Astrid S and Holly Humberstone.

Pulp and PJ Harvey have been announced as the first headliners of Øya Festival 2024.The 25th-anniversary edition of the event is due to take place at Tøyenparken in Oslo, Norway between August 7 and 10. Boygenius, Blur, Pusha T, Susanne Sundfør are some of the latest names to join Øya festival’s stacked 2023 line-up.The acts will perform between August 8 and August 12 at Oslo’s Tøyenparken for the Norwegian festival’s 23rd edition.Also announced in Øya’s latest wave of acts are: Ayra Starr, Dry Cleaning, Uncle Waffles, Liv.e, Boldy James & The Alchemist, The Soundtrack Of Our Lives, Oxlade, Billy Strings, Snail Mail, Domi & JD Beck, Balming Tiger, Lars Vaular, Dina Ögon, Fangst, Tigerstate, Bigbang, Malin Pettersen, and Valkyrien Allstars.Sigrid, Devo, FKA Twigs, Caroline Polachek, Shygirl, Amyl And The Sniffers, Obongjayar and TV GIRL were last year announced for this year’s festival.Wizkid will headline Wednesday, August 9, while Blur will top the bill on Thursday, August 10. Swedish singer-songwriter Håkan Hellström is set to headline on Friday, August 11, while Sigrid will close the festival on Saturday, August 12.Øya will again feature a 50/50 split between male and female artists while also supporting an “environmentally friendly and sustainable ethos that’s applied to every element of its organisation”.

Florence + The Machine have been announced as the next headliners of Øya Festival 2022.The Oslo, Norway festival will return this year from August 9-13, with Gorillaz, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and Aurora also set to top the bill.Florence + The Machine have been joined on the Øya bill today (January 26) by Fontaines D.C., Parquet Courts and Porridge Radio.Those acts have all expanded the festival’s growing line-up, which already features the likes of AJ Tracey, Girl In Red, Pa Salieu, Michael Kiwanuka, Yard Act, Princess Nokia and Beabadoobee.
