Alan Carr cheekily mocks Madonna’s ‘coming out’ video with his own ‘straight’ version complete with bleached eyebrows
Alan Carr had a good laugh at the queen of pop’s expense as he has put his own spin on Madonna’s ‘coming out’ video. The Material Girl singer went viral last week when she shared a TikTok video in which she appeared to come out as a gay. In the clip, Madonna, 64, played a game where she had throw a pair of knickers into a nearby bin but there was one rule: ‘If I miss, I’m gay,’ and naturally, she missed the shot. Chatty Man host Alan, who is openly gay, decided to remix the challenge in his own video which was dubbed: ‘If I miss, I’m straight.’ The comedian is seen with a hilarious makeover, complete with shaving cream over his eyebrows to mimic Madonna’s bleached blonde brows, and faux breasts under his Mickey Mouse jumper to resemble the cone corset which the singer wore in her viral video. However, instead of throwing a pair of hot pink knickers, Alan, 46, instead had a pair of red Calvin Klein briefs. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 videoLike Madonna, Alan didn’t manage to get the pair of underwear into the bin therefore jokingly declaring himself straight. Alan’s followers were highly entertained by his mockery with one praising: ‘Bloody brilliant,’ while another said: ‘I just cackled on the train.’ One laughed: ‘Epic lol love the missing eyebrows.’ Madonna hasn’t spoken out since the video was posted to confirm whether she was opening up about her sexuality or if she was simply following a TikTok trend. Other celebrities shared a similar video last week to mark National Coming Out Day on October 11, including Emily Ratajkowski who appeared to come out as bisexual. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web

Emily Ratajkowski follows Madonna and appears to come out as bisexual amid Brad Pitt dating rumours
supports HTML5 videoMadonna may have sparked a trend as, hours after appearing to come out as gay on TikTok, Emily Ratajkowski has hinted that she’s bisexual in her own video. The model, 31, kept her fans guessing when she hopped on a TikTok trend which declares that the person is bisexual if they own a green velvet sofa. In the video, Emily is seen staring down into the camera before it cuts to another TikToker who asks: ‘If you identity as bisexual, do you own a green velvet couch?’ The camera then cuts to Emily who pans to her own large green velvet sofa in her living room. Celebrating the model apparently being a part of the LGBTQ+ community, one of Emily’s TikTok followers commented: ‘So many celeb women are coming out and I just love it.’ Another revealed: ‘I’m not even gay but I feel like this a win for us.’ ‘Wasn’t on my bingo card but happy to be here,’ while another shocked follower said: ‘Let’s just say this is probably one of the many things I never expected.’ YouTuber Francesca Farago joked: ‘So we all just own the same couch.’ Emily’s ‘announcement’ coincides with National Coming Out Day, which falls on October 11, and has been marked by other stars opening up about their sexuality. Pretty Little Liars actress Shay Mitchell also did the green sofa video and filmed herself flopping onto her furniture, seemingly coming out as bisexual. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 videoPop icon Madonna also appears to have come out as gay after sharing a TikTok video, in which she attempted to throw a pair of knickers into a bin but if she missed, it means she is gay – and she didn’t make the shot. Emily’s revelation comes after she reportedly filed

Madonna appears to come out in LGBTQ+ video about sexuality: ‘If I miss, I’m gay’
supports HTML5 videoMadonna sure knows how to cause a stir among her fans and has done exactly that in her latest TikTok video about her sexuality. The Like A Virgin singer was in a playful mood over the weekend and took part in a popular trend on the social media app, which sees her attempting to throw a pair of knickers into a bin.If she misses, it apparently means she is gay and, well, Madonna didn’t exactly practice her aim before shooting the video. In the clip, the pop icon is seen standing in the middle of her very luxurious bathroom and throwing a pair of hot pink knickers – to match her hot pink hair, of course – into a nearby bin. However, she doesn’t make the shot and throws her hands up in the air feigning despair. ‘If I miss, I’m gay,’ Madonna captioned the video. Of course, the singer could have just been keeping up with TikTok trends and having fun with the video, but many fans have naturally questioned whether it was a reveal about her sexuality. ‘Did I just witness Madonna coming out, good for her,’ one fan questioned. ‘Did Madonna just come out? And I’m witnessing it in real time??’ another wondered. One fan said: ‘Why am i witnessing madonna’s coming out in real time.’ Another cheered: ‘I’m so glad I’m witnessing this.’ Madonna, 64, has always presented a sex-positive message in her artistry and was once asked about the idea that ‘everyone is born bisexual’ in a 1995 interview with MTV.She responded: ‘I don’t have an answer for that. I think whatever it is we should embrace it and never make ourselves or other people feel ashamed for whatever it is.’ In a recent interview, the singer joked that her favourite snack was: ‘I can’t remember his name.

The Feeling star Dan Gillespie Sells breaks down ‘complex’ vision for Pride flag future: ‘I dream we all get to put them down’
The Feeling singer Dan Gillespie Sells says his feelings – no pun intended – about the Pride flag are ‘complex’, but actually, they aren’t. The Everybody’s Talking About Jamie co-creator dreams of a time when the LGBTQ+ community no longer needs to use the flag as a symbol of their right to equality because, in this reality, they would have achieved it. It’s that simple. However, with the flag becoming such an ingrained part of the fight, would it be that easy to let go? This year marks the 50th anniversary of Pride Month, an event held annually for members of the queer community and their allies to celebrate their identities, accomplishments, and reflect on the struggle for equality. Perhaps at the heart of it all is the Pride flag, also known as the rainbow flag, which has become a well-known symbol of gay pride. It began with the traditional colours of the rainbow but, in 2022, now has various versions to truly represent the diverse family the LGBTQ+ groups have become. According to Queer In The World, there are currently more than 50 flags you might spot, though the number isn’t fixed as there may be multiple designs and variations for any particular flag. For example, there’s now the More Color More Pride flag, which was created in 2017 to add black and brown colour strips to the top of the flag.
