Little Simz is set to play a one-off orchestral show at London’s Meltdown 2025, with the first wave of names revealed today for the Southbank Centre event.The British artist was previously revealed to be curating a boundary-breaking line-up for this year’s edition of the 11-day festival, and will be taking to the stage herself as one of the performers.She will be joined by the Southbank Centre Resident Orchestra Chineke! Overmono, Nia Archives and Andy C are among the names announced for Bristol’s Love Saves The Day 2025.The city’s biggest music festival will return to Ashton Court on the bank holiday weekend of May 24 and 25, with Welsh electronic duo Overmono to top the bill on the Saturday and Nia Archives headlining the Sunday.Other names confirmed for this year’s programme include Andy C, Ghetts, Giggs, Skream & Benga and Wilkinson.They will be joined by Groove Armada, Shy FX, Mall Grab, Hybrid Minds, Pawsa, Camo & Krooked, Eats Everything, Eliza Rose, Netsky, Girls Don’t Sync, Chris Stussy, Enzo Siragusa, Job Jobse, Josh Baker and JYOTY.Tickets go on sale on Friday (January 24) at 10am and you will be able to find yours here.Festival director Tom Paine has said: “There’s nothing we love more than being back at Ashton Court to truly kickstart the festival season and 2025 is shaping up to be pretty spectacular.”“We’re really bringing some of the biggest and best names across the electronic music scene to the city for the bank holiday as well as some of the most exciting local talent out there. The Streets, Maisie Peters and Ghetts are among artists that have been announced in the next wave of acts for Boardmasters 2024.Professor Green, Cat Burns, Future Utopia and Sammy Virji are also set to perform at the Cornwall surf and music festival from 7-11 August, joining the previously announced Stormzy, Sam Fender, Chase & Status, Becky Hill and more.The latest wave of acts completes the 2024 line-up, where hundreds of acts will perform across 11 stages at two sites on the Cornish Coast – Watergate Bay and Fistral Beach.The DJ line-up for this year is completed by Ewan McVicar, Eliza Rose, Hedex and Eskman, Andy C, Hannah Laing and more.Other artists set to perform at the 2024 edition include Bicep, Nia Archives, Tom Odell, Soft Play, English Teacher and Katy B.Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
