That’s ruff: Drake seemingly ‘Dogs’ Rihanna on new album
not the way to take care of Rihanna. After Drake was long rumored to have an on-again, off-again relationship with Rihanna while the two superstars cozied on up the charts together for some iconic collabs — from 2010’s “What’s My Name?” and 2016’s “Work” to, most memorably (for this critic), 2011’s “Take Care” — Drizzy certain seems to be in his salty feelings on his new album “For All the Dogs.”Dropping at 6 a.m. Friday morning instead of the usual midnight (Note to Drake: Please don’t go all Kanye on us with this last-minute release shuffling), the 23-track, 85-minute epic — which would have been a damn triple LP back in the day — appears to address Ri-Ri on the already-viral cut “Fear of Heights.”And when we say “appears,” well, the trolling track packs all of the subtlety of his recent barretted-up hair-don’t that had him looking like Tempest Bleddsoe aka Vanessa Huxtable from “The Cosby Show.”Over a spooky groove to set it off, Drake — who was rumored to not be having it when Rihanna boo’d and then baby’d up with A$AP Rocky — sure sounds like a bitter ex when he opens with, “Why they make it sound like I’m still hung up on you?/That could never be/Gyal can’t be me/Better him than me/Better it’s not me.”The way that “gyal” appropriates Caribbean slang for “girl” leaves little doubt that he’s talking about the Barbadian beauty.

How Chris Hemsworth changed his wellness routine amid Alzheimer’s disease risk
risk of Alzheimer’s disease. The Marvel actor, 40, got candid with Men’s Health in a new profile where he revealed he made some major wellness and lifestyle changes to help keep him in tip-top shape.“I’ve always been pretty consistent with my exercise commitments,” he said. “But lately I’ve really felt the importance of taking time for yourself without any outside voice or stimulation and making time for stillness,” the Australian native went on.While Hemsworth is known to be very into physical exercise, he has started to dip his toes into keeping his mind and soul stronger.Sleeping more and taking ice baths on a regular basis has also helped the “Thor” star stay lean. The father of three continued: “My weight fluctuates a lot due to differing roles and also my own interests in regards to challenging my body in different ways.”“I’m lifting less frequently than I was and I’m incorporating more cardio and endurance workouts which I much prefer than heavy body-building style sessions,” Hemsworth explained. He found out that he has two copies of the gene APOE4 in his DNA and he is more likely to develop the progressive disease later in life while filming his National Geographic series “Limitless” last year. The “Rush” star hinted to Vanity Fair last November that he’s going to take a step back — but is not retiring — from acting to focus on his body and mindfulness. He also discussed the “intensity [of] navigating” his Alzheimer’s test results and gave some deep thoughts about death.“Most of us, we like to avoid speaking about death,” he shared.
