The young man was reportedly stopped by a police traffic officer in Bury enforcing speed limits. When they pulled up his BMW on Radcliffe Road they discovered he had no insurance, no licence, and he tested positive for cocaine and cannabis, officers said.

But he tried to dodge the trouble he was in by pretending to be his father. In a social media post GMP Traffic said: "#XT14 was conducting #SpeedEnforcement on Radcliffe Road Bury when his attention was drawn to the BMW 120.
