Tom Fletcher has sustained a minor injury ahead of the new series of Strictly Come Dancing this year. In a post shared to his Instagram account on Sunday morning, the former boyband star showed one of his toes wrapped in a bandage.

However, the former McFly singer expressed that he was having "too much fun" to be in any pain. "One day of @bbcstrictly filming and my foot looks like this.

Having too much fun to feel pain! Don't miss the launch show on Saturday. Can't wait to tell you who my partner is!" the 36 year old captioned the image.

Tom's fans were quick to wish him a speedy recovery while guessing that his partner may be Dianne Buswell. "Hope it's Dianne", one person wrote while another echoed: "I think it will be Diane!" Tom isn't.
