Frankie McAvoy has admitted Hearts could announce Steven Naismith as boss on the back of their European exit. . Naismith has been operating as technical director at Tynecastle due to his lack of a Pro-Licence which prevented him from being the main man while on continental duty.
But the defeat in Greece will now remove that restriction with Hearts chiefs set to announce a change at the top as soon as next week after McAvoy stepped up for the Europa Conference League qualifiers.
