STACEY Solomon has quit social media once again as she admits she's "shocked" at how nasty trolls can be. The 30-year-old Loose Women panelist - who regularly keeps followers updated on her life - has revealed she's taking a break due to cruel messages online.

Stacey announced the news on Instagram today alongside a quote from Roald Dahl's The Twits. She said: "Having a strange morning this morning.

Some days I just wake up on the wrong side of my brain. "I always do my best to ignore nastyness because deep down I feel sorry for people who want to hurt others to try to bring them down. "I feel awful for how sad they must be deep down.
