In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Joe, 38, popped the question on Christmas Eve and Stacey documented the romantic proposal on her Stories, revealing he'd taken her to the woods near their house, which is her "favourite place in the world".
She captioned the video: "I'm laying with the boys. My hand is still shaking and every time I touch something and look down and remember I cry." Stacey then revealed she had been reading her followers' messages as she thanked them for their kind words.
