She shared a picture of her diamond engagement ring as she lay with her head back on a floral arrangement with a huge smile on her face.
Stacey wrote: "To the moon and back bub. I have no words." The couple have been together since 2015 and share a one-year-old son called Rex.
On her stories she revealed that Joe had proposed when they went on a walk through the woods with their children. She explained that she has walked in the woods ever since they moved in together two years ago.
