In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Filming a bathtub filled with petals, Stacey made the confession that she thought she sounded "common as muck". She wrote: "Happy Friday everyone.
Thank you for today. Truth be told the sound of my speaking voice has ben an insecurity of mine since I knew what what 'common as muck' meant. "Every time I've ever had to record something I feel a bit embarrassed if I'm honest. "So your messages tonight gave me the biggest confidence boost." This comes after a fan spotted a telltale clue that "confirms" Stacey.
