Partick Thistle 's legal challenge against the SPFL has entered a third day. The two clubs are bidding to overturn the decision to relegate them following the controversial vote to call the campaign back in April.
Despite objections from lawyers representing the SPFL and promoted clubs Dundee United, Raith Rovers and Cove Rangers, the M8 Alliance want the matter to proceed to a full court hearing.
Their opponents believe the issue should be dealt with by the SFA. But David Thomson QC, representing Hearts and Thistle, claims SPFL chief Neil Doncaster could even be dragged into the dock.
