Partick Thistle are facing being kicked out of Scottish football after being hit with a notice of complaint over their court bid. Both parties face an August 6 hearing date which will see them hauled up in front of the compliance officer. They have both been charged with breaching rule 78 over their bid to get their relegations annulled via the court of session. The rule states: "No member or Associated Person shall take a dispute which is referable to arbitration in terms of Article 99 to a court of law except as expressly permitted by the terms of Article 99."Punishment for breaking the rule could see the two clubs have their SFA membership terminated and kicked out of the SPFL if things go against them.
