White Christmas' this year are tumbling as forecasters join forces to predict snowfall this Saturday.Weather mapping data from independent meteorological organisation WXcharts shows a wave of heavy snow moving across Northern Ireland, Scotland and the north of England on December 25.The snow sweeping in from the Atlantic will grow in intensity as the big day progresses, and 2cm an hour could fall in some regions.Southern areas will meanwhile experience a wetter Christmas Day — but look set to see flakes falling instead on Boxing Day, with a huge plume progressing northwards from the Channel coast of England from the early hours of the morning.The Met Office is also raising hopes for this year to be one for the record books.Meteorologist.
