Customers of Sky mobile and O2 are experiencing difficulties as some systems are down. Users of both networks have reported issues when trying to send or receive tests as well as problems when accessing the internet.

According to the website DownDetector, the outage began around 12.25pm this afternoon - December 7. At this time, over 2,000 customers have reported issues - reports Wales Online.

Many frustrated network users have taken to social media to express their concern. One Twitter user wrote: "Me and my family who are all on sky have got no signal whatsoever, no data, calls and texts wont go through yet I have full bars, is this to do with the weather?"
