He had a malignant tumour removed during an operation, but sadly the cancer had already spread in his body.The star returned home and was cared for by nurses before his death.Siegfried’s sister Dolore reportedly confirmed his death to Bild and added: ‘He fell asleep gently and peacefully.’Tributes have been pouring in on social media.Fischbacher’s death comes less than a year after his partner Roy Horn died of coronavirus.
