The serial killer who was originally arrested in 2008 earned the grim nickname The Hollywood Ripper after he broke into Ashley Ellerin’s home and stabbed her 47 times.
Her family broke down as the judge handed down the verdict in a trial that had been repeatedly delayed because of procedural problems and the ongoing pandemic.
