Second Hickory's Smokehouse to open near Manchester, with its own kids' cinema

manchestereveningnews.co.ukThe much-loved Hickory's Smokehouse has announced it's opening another site near Manchester. The restaurants promise 'a real taste of Southern America', with classic smokehouse dishes of ribs, signature steaks, burgers and more.
There's also a specially created VIK menu, offering tasty dishes for kids, who will also get their own cinema room to enjoy.
The site is being developed at the former Boddington Arms in Wilmslow and follows the opening of a successful branch in Poynton last summer.
That one opened in the former Vernon Arms and was sadly forced to close its doors for a short time within days of opening after heavy rain left the cellar under four feet of water.
