Brown has lifted a whopping 22 trophies with Celtic, including 10 league titles, since joining the club in 2007. And ahead of his final derby match fans dedicated a banner to the captain outside Lennoxtown, as well as presenting the veteran with a gift.Bhoys Celtic wrote on Instagram: "Today the group presented Scott Brown with a small gift to thank him for the time he has given to Celtic over the past 14 years.
