Callum McGregor should front Celtic rebuild says John Collins but he insists midfielder is not next skipper shoo-in

Callum McGregor ahead of signing a host of new players this summer. The former Celtic assistant boss, left, knows a rebuild is essential but is convinced holding onto McGregor, who has been linked with moves to England, is vital.

McGregor, who was given his debut by Collins and Ronny Deila in 2014, has worn the captain’s armband when Scott Brown hasn’t played this season - and is heavily tipped to be skipper next term.
