A Glasgow toddler was left terrified after a man allegedly set off fireworks in the middle of the pavement as they walked passed.Dad Stuart Dunn was on his way home from the shops with his three-year-old son Peter on October 16 when the incident occurred.
The pair were walking along Marfield Street and Stuart spotted someone fiddling about with something at the side of the road near Barnton Street, Carntyne.Moments later fireworks went off leaving little Peter screaming in fear.
One of the fireworks shot underneath a passing car. Stuart said he quickly rushed his son home to calm him down with his wife, Heather.The 41-year-old told Glasgow Live: "I went to the shops with my three-year-old son.
On the way back from the shops there was a guy standing at the kerb and I saw him mess about with something. He backed off and set off a load of fireworks."This is a busy road, there are kids out playing and I had a three-year-old with me.
