A man has been arrested and charged after fireworks were directed at police officers during Bonfire Night chaos in Livingston on Sunday.Emergency services were responding to a large scale disturbance at Letham Park, Craigshill, when police officers were targeted with fireworks.A 39-year-old man has now been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
