puppy owner has spoken of her devastation after her beloved pooch has been left blind in one eye due to a 'freak accident'. Seven-month-old Springer Spaniel Teazal, was impaled in the eye by a branch while playing in the family garden last Friday leaving her with a horror injury.
Owner Catherine Walker rushed the distressed animal to Kidd Veterinary Centre in Forfar for emergency treatment. The 53-year-old had been playing with the dog at her home in Glen Clova when Teazal suddenly ran into the branch.Now the poor dog has been left blind in one eye, and vets are warning Catherine she could lose her eye altogether if the swelling doesn't go down.Catherine told the Daily Record: “She ran into a branch, it was a freak accident.
