Scots amputee dad walks to prepare for son's wedding day in inspiring video

An inspirational Scots dad has learned to walk again one year after losing both legs - so he can "stand tall" and see his son get married.Brave Tony Smith, from Glasgow, thought he would never walk again after the two operations just six weeks apart last April and June.But the 61 year old was not going to see his son married while in a wheelchair and has been working daily on using on his 'stumps'- steel prosthetic legs.With coronavirus now throwing the June wedding of his son, also called Tony, into doubt he stunned the family by walking his street two and a half times with the prosthetics on Sunday.Former landscape gardener Tony said: "It was probably the hardest challenge I have ever faced."I didn't realise quite how long the street was
