Scooter Braun regrets buying Taylor Swift music but says her team refused to buy back

Scooter Braun has spoken about the purchasing of the rights to the master recordings of Taylor Swift ’s first six studio albums, saying that he offered to sell them back but her team refused the deal.

The music bigwig purchased Big Machine in 2019 and with it came her music and with it a heap of abuse from Taylor's legions of fans, who went after Scooter on social media, seemingly at Taylor's behest.

At the time, Taylor labelled Scooter a "bully" for 'stealing' her music without any reasonable term for it being returned to her.

She has since been re-recording her first six albums in order, as the re-recording restrictions expire, but Scooter tells a different story.
